    Hello, could someone instruct? download

    26100.1.240331-1435.ge_release_CLIENT_ENTERPRISES_OEM_x64FRE_en-us.iso

    and the w10mui file

my main language is es-MX so download

    Microsoft-Windows-Client-LanguagePack-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~es-MX~_bea3f64e9d468d8f0c1389ee3069203d49cc3f8c.esd

I put it in the langs folder

I also downloaded the on demand packages, there are 39 files and I put them in the folder with the same name,

In the updates folder I put these updates:

    defend-dism-x64.cab

    windows11.0-kb5041865-x64_745f200f2b0134e70f7c622e0eb356d98b088345.msu

    windows11.0-kb5041980-x64_66d5025dafa6e46ed51732e39869a6107d49fac5.cab

    windows11.0-kb5042098-x64-ndp481_75fb29d8a82fde2199171290b83253841d9e16f2.msu

    windows11.0-kb5042580-x64_0608aa4f1d23712a60ca1939c181f5d2c75eef7d.cab

Am I missing something? Will using the w10mui file install everything in one pass?

How should I configure w10mui and w10ui to avoid errors???

Are the updates that I already included all of them? or am I missing something? I thank you in advance for your answers, I did it this way the last time and the iso did not install in a virtual machine, so I decided to ask. Greetings to the community!!

Enable and sort by the GPU column in Task Manager Details panel.

I always my O.S. barebone and LTSC is exactly that straight from the box.

As for my use, my machine is a workstation. For video games, I use consoles and eventually, in the future, will I switch (no pun intended) to a PC for gaming.

As for the workstation needs, LTSC is perfect. I don't want to spend time tying my computer, customizing it, etc. My O.S. has two main objectives:
    1. To work as soon as installed;
    2. To make itself forgotten while I work.

The best O.S. for that is macOS, but I use specific apps that don't have macOS counterparts, not even Linux (some have, but not without issues), only Windows. And a V.M. is out of the question for some of the apps. So Windows it is.

And using that Windows LTSC with all my apps working without issue makes my work straightforward and that's all I ask. Oh, that and an updated FlashFXP with SSL working (I have a patch for that, but it never worked ; ideally, the original programmer would hand over the source code and make himself forgotten for what he has done).

As for what I do, I am a data scientist on macro and micro levels.

I've started playing about with the autounattend.xml file. Shouldn't be no different to 10 LTSC but doing some testing in a virtual box for now.

EDIT: That went well, it's reading autounattend.xml and applying settings perfectly fine. Time to customise the file for settings.

There are only two documented additions between Windows 10 and Windows 11 in autounattend, and neither of them are particularly useful (startup sounds and LED app store package) ... my autounattend from Windows 10 worked fine without adjustments.

I didn't create one for Windows 10 so having to do one from scratch. Would you mind posting your autounattended.xml file please that you use for W11 LTSC ? Thanks.

I've started customising it but will be testing in a virtual machine until the next time I do a system format on a different physical hardware system. :)

There are quite a few online generators that can get you the basic structure/you can refine it with WSIM afterwards (from the Windows ADK). I would be hesitant to post the ones I use as they do things like auto partition disks, add additional accounts, etc., so they aren't "safe" to use unless you fully review/modify them.

I really miss the option to create custom toolbar menus. No idea why that was removed, it's how I accessed my games and had various shutdown timer batches available very quick and easily.

Also, for some reason I don't have the little pencil available to customize "quick access." Never have in LTSC.

I wish I knew what killed Hogwarts Legacy from launching exactly. Probably some gamebar or xbox package I removed.

It's probably something from the multimedia section, if it uses ntlite there is a component that says it affects that game, it could be your problem

It was the preview on catalog/optional on WU update (working fine), it is now replaced by the regular patch tuesday update.

    https://forums.mydigitallife.net/posts/1851275

Considering these days all posts are about "tweaking/improving" windows installs it most likely will be caused by users themselves.

I did use NTLite, and I do remember seeing that but thinking nothing of it because I'd never use speech to text/text to speech or whatever that was. Thanks for reminding me. I'll leave that in when the official release comes out and I build my custom image. Perhaps I can install the package now but eh, I have plenty of other games.

Been using RPCS3 to play some old games that never got PC ports. Works decent on the current build.

If windows would release something barebones with no datamining or account requirements and reduce excessive logging, that would likely not be the case. Something like Windows 2000/XP, I don't even think 7 datamined until near the EoL and you could just not install that update. Opt-in should be default for "Pro"+, "Home" editions should include all the crud. MS still gets data, people who want lean get lean. Less bloat means less attack surface, too.

If they'd allow people to toggle DWM or force exclusive fullscreen, all the people seeking to eliminate or reduce the frame or two of input lag and random stutters it causes wouldn't exist. MPOs (FSOs) only help marginally in that regard. I believe one of the recent 24H2 builds had something in the patch notes about a new WDDM, perhaps that will finally help enough to reduce those concerns.

The concerns and difficulty in addressing them has made Linux life much more palatable, though. High-performance and compatibility have made great strides as a result.

Ah, I remember when you could turn telemetry off completely, instead of to security, with one single change...
