I have not installed anything the image as I have downloaded it I have tried with NTLite and the same in X23-81951_26100.1742.240906-0331.ge_release_svc_refresh_CLIENT_ENTERPRISES_OEM_x64FRE_en-us

 

It's been common practice since Windows 8.1

add languages + distribution that already had updates = you must re-install same or later updates

 

I put the application package, I don't understand what you mean update it to the following version 26100.1876

 

You were right I put the Windows11.0-KB5043080-x64 and it is all in my language.

 

What is new in X23-81951_26100.1742.240906-0331.ge_release_svc_refresh_CLIENT_ENTERPRISES_OEM_x64FRE_en-us.iso compared to 26100.1.240331-1435.ge_release_CLIENT_ENTERPRISES_OEM_x64FRE_en-us.iso?

you can't integrate only KB5043178, you should integrate all checkpoint updates before that
