    here, I dl the eval LTSC 1742
    but I'm actually on French IoT LTSC 1742 activated

    Well, te eval is eval and can't be activated. So there's actually nothing strange here.

    I have not installed anything the image as I have downloaded it I have tried with NTLite and the same in X23-81951_26100.1742.240906-0331.ge_release_svc_refresh_CLIENT_ENTERPRISES_OEM_x64FRE_en-us

    It's been common practice since Windows 8.1

    add languages + distribution that already had updates = you must re-install same or later updates

    I put the application package, I don't understand what you mean update it to the following version 26100.1876
