if y want remove this stupid on desktop see about this picture go to settings system and change picture to desktop only
I obtained three files: install.swm and install2.swm with Dism command. What have to do further to have an accordingly FAT32 boot USB stick ? I have to repack new ISO? Thank you
install.wim is the original file, you don't need it anymore if you have all splitted swm wims I use PowerISO to edit iso files, you can remove install.wim and add swm files instead
Can't say for sure, but from some tests, it subjective feels much smoother and less less weird stuff happens. I mean, now also my other RAM bar not broke yet, I think that is a good sign....
Upgraded to latest ISO X23-81951_26100.1742.240906-0331.ge_release_svc_refresh_CLIENT_ENTERPRISES_OEM_x64FRE_en-us.iso after upgrade desktop version still shows as insider preview
He didn't upgrade to 1435 that is the time stamp. The showing of the watermark is by setting not present when installed normally. https://forums.mydigitallife.net/posts/1853763
I just said I neither remember seen one before (what basically is an agreement with you)... Look, I try but you always taking it as someone attacks you... idk..
There are still so many broken behaviors in the current builds: Explorer/File Explorer randomly breaks... "Up/Foward/Back" buttons randomly stop working until the current Window is closed/reopened. The entire desktop UI will get confused and stop refreshing the UI for other Windows until either you open the lock screen or kill explorer.exe (seems like some really bad window focus bug). Some UWP apps (non-framework) that should be showing up in "Installed Apps" do not show up at all (they showed up fine in Windows 10 LTSC). "Desktop App Installer" / winget can be added to the image, but cannot be removed afterwards claiming it is part of Windows itself. They also need to update the templates for "Windows Restricted Traffic Limited Functionality Baseline" not only for 24H2 but all previous builds as well because new endpoints have been added due to changes to Windows Defender. And why do we need to add registry keys to "Enterprise" edition of Windows to have it respect GPO settings for not showing "Recommended" section on start menu?
