Did you use "LTSC-Add-MicrosoftStore-2024-main.zip" from github for this? Did you also remove defender? Is there something like "toggle defender" for Windows 11?
Hello, install Windows 11 2025 server X23-81958_26100.1742.240906-0331.ge_release_svc_refresh_server_Oemret_x64fre_en -us From the first moment I have this problem with the explorer that is displayed with the Windows 10 style, is there any information about this? the iso is totally clean
But this will only install the store then right, what about other stuff like frameworks, vclibs and so on? https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...o-windows-10-enterprises-sku-ltsb-ltsc.70741/ Why did people use something like this with Windows 10 LTSC instead of just this command? I always used those "Add Store Packages" from here, so everything would work without problems.
It got changed at one point, there is no need to be any more fancy than running "wsreset -i" in an elevated Powershell og Windows Terminal window. The other methods were needed until Microsoft added the "wsreset -i" option which basically automates all the previous shenanigans that was needed to get Microsoft Store and Store apps working on LTSC.
That's the strange thing, I didn't delete anything at all! Download and pass the iso to ventoy, install directly, the iso downloaded well, (verified with the checksum)
no idea then, it's fine in my VMs p.s. sometimes I get the old Explorer without GPU drivers installed
The only thing that generates this behavior is disabling the Recall feature. Or remove copilot. (No app) If you remove any of these 2 . The file explorer breaks. So the first thing I did when I noticed this on server, It was checked if these components were present, and the answer is NO.I guess that's the reason why the file explorer breaks. Although it's a tremendous Stupidity on Microsoft's part
Yes, they are available in all languages: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...-2024-24h2-26100-x.88280/page-94#post-1854296
No, I just opened cmd as an admin and wrote: Wsreset -i I kept Defender: I just disabled VBS/Core Isolation (and Virtualization entirely from BIOS) along with disabling Exploit Protections to remove some stuttering.
