in es-MX there is also this bug, this exact text in English, and in the first reboot there are some words in English (using official ISO from MS)

this was probably one of the reasons for the delay in official release

So we can suppose that all non-English ISOs have the same checkbox bug in setup.

I assume if I use my works access to the LTSC ISOs, I can still use the activation keys without issues? It seems the Windows LTSC 21H2 gets refreshed every month which I assume means updates are included compared to here?

Is there any practical difference between the modern and classic setup?

Acts like an upgrade with the option to keep nothing and leaves a(n empty) windows.old folder when installation is finished.

    Is like it always was.

Some setup system requirement bypasses work on the first and not on the second and the other way around but the fixes, provided by the boot & upgrade fix kit work on both.

Thanks for the explanation! When doing a clean install on a empty drive, there's no difference in choosing either setup (when using no fix kits)?

If the pc is supported then it shouldn't matter which setup you select but i would use the legacy version.

I just checked it, and it works. But I can't remove duplicate packages with reset base. I could before. Leaving only the most recent one

you should have checkpoint packages as staged, current ones as installed
you can't remove staged packages, it is a new base now

I think they have snuck into the troubleshooter section.
If Windows 11 2024 LTSC comes without Windows Store then the troubleshooter tells you that the device needs a new app to open this link and takes you to the Windows Store which, if you haven't installed it, says (Unable to open this link “ms-windows-store”).

Anybody else having crashes with Star wars outlaws on LTSC 2024? I think it's related to all 24h2 versions.
