When 22621.1 is considered to be the next Major new release then a LCU or FxP or update stack package or by whatever method will get you your translation, or just wait.
Whatever you say is not going to change the fact that 22621 build is the RTM. CUs will go on top of it.
So let's wait until ISO is available to the general public. But if you want to change the topic for me that's fine. My main OS is Windows 10.
Since I upgraded my production 22000 build to 22621.1 using the official ISO (not being enrolled in any Insider programs) I had zero issues at all on both my personal and work laptops after using them all day as main drivers for a week. Both are also smoother/snappier than 22000.
windows 11 is not free even if you purchase it now most windows apps contains over a 1 minute ads unless you pay a few dollars to remove them or otherwise don't sign in on Microsoft account could be the work around anyways went back on Windows 10 no account and think it is very snappier then 11 just my impression and I guess Windows 12 was a myth

We've already had it for RTM build 22621.1 It is available for Insiders but also for everyone else through official links (you can see in the OP). What you'll have in October will be a refreshed ISO of the same 22621 build + Cumulative Updates integrated into it.
Those are the KiTS, the IP Techbench ISOs are not available in all 38 languages. ps, MSFT now releasing the H2 in spring?
