I am moving this conversation to PM so as to not clog up this thread anymore. I will message you directly.
Personally think that this time Microsoft failed an entire country. I live in Chile and for at least 6 months the summer time change was delayed by 1 week. From 09/04 to 09/11. I don't understand the reason for releasing a patch to correct the situation when more than 1 week has passed since the new date, it's nonsense. This is for all the previous updates that have been released this week for Windows 10/11. the rest ok
Now installing normal Enterprise on the laptop, let's see what it ends up with Next i will try Education.
Totally agree! It's the OCD in me that wants to figure this out. Also, this wasn't the case with the Win11 RTM IoT or Win10 IoT. Those versions would install and behave just like all other editions so that's another reason why I've spent so much time on this. I thought I was doing something wrong but thanks to you, we can confirm this is normal behavior with this build. I did remember reading somewhere on Microsoft's library that OEM editions behaved differently, regardless of customizations that are in place. And Since IoT is available to OEM's only, this would make sense. Also, I can confirm that if you input the IoT product key after you get into Windows (either through the GUI or SLMGR command), you can convert it back to IoT.
You can make this ISO with UUPDump. 22622.607.220913-1902.NI_RELEASE_SVC_PROD3_CLIENTPRO_OEMRET_X64FRE_EN-US.ISO
