You could google how to make an iso from uup dump its simple enough to do and learn then ull be computer savvy
What build is on windows media creation tool? Does the "Release Preview" and the "General Availability Channel" usually stays at same build? Release preview is at moment at 22621.608 if i didn't enroll on any channel would i still receive the normal updates?

I dunno what you linked at but considering there are no officially released 22621.608 ISOs they probably will have been homebrew too.
The guy did not direct linked to home brew ISO's just linked to a site were they offered lite windows 10 and 11 but I guess that is also not accepted by staff these days
Alot of ppl come through here looking for windows iso's and some are first time installers, linking lite weight isos is bad Will confuse alot of ppl with beta releases etc
