    Not needed if you use Dism.exe to add the msu

    That will change every few updates releases but that doesn't mean it is a new "base" build.

    I have issue

    After updating windows 11 to october update
    windows11.0-kb5019509-x64

    i got eplorer tab by default but i got two problems

    1- i got flash dark colure on top of explorer not good
    2- i losed my user icon folder shortcut ( Documents -Downloads - Music - Pictures - Vedios)
    is there any way to solve them?
