Is updating 22621 to the newest public version always similar in terms of used resources? As in how much data has to be downloaded and written to disk, to update for example 22621.674, 525 and 1? If I were to fresh install, on the same computer, 22621.674 and use Windows Update to get to 22621.819, would it download less data or write less data to system drive? Compared to 22621.525 and 22621.1. I chose these numbers not randomly, AFAIK 674 is the newest Microsoft made and shipped ISO, 525 is the newest "generally available", and 1 is just fastest to make from uup dump.
MSFT claims only the parts needed will be downloaded but i always see the full cab in the downloads folder. 22621.1 is available at IP Techbench too, all later ones are just refresh ISOs (meaning 22621.1 + updates).

Windows Update always use the Express update format if available the complete express cab will be always downloaded, because it contain the manifests to determine and calculate "the parts needed" of payload (.psf file) for Windows 11 21H1 and later, LCU is available in one format, express psfx for Windows 10 1809 and later, LCU is available in one format, full psfx for Windows 10 1803 and earlier, LCU is available in two formats, full and express

QUESTION 1: I have several PCs with windows 11, beta channel, build 891. In each of them there are different versions of "Windows Web Experience Pack". For example: 1) MicrosoftWindows.Client.WebExperience_521.20060.315.0_x64__cw5n1h2txyewy 2) MicrosoftWindows.Client.WebExperience_421.20070.975.0_x64__cw5n1h2txyewy The last and correct one is 2) Does anyone know how to force the update of example 1) above to get the latest package? Performing an uninstallation and subsequent installation I do not get it?. Re-registering the package, either. QUESTION 2: A second question: in two of the machines I have the same version: 2) mentioned above). But the behavior is different. See the attached images. Why, being the same version, are there different options? I have verified the active ids in windows with vivetool and they are identical.
