Ive found that changing flags to keep core files in memory and using large system cache slows down archived files extraction, but like i dont do much much extracting ..gaming just seems better with those flags set copy paste is kinda slower but its consistent with no major slows or stops smb protocol as always been iffy tbh
My files' view in the 'Downloads' folder keeps resetting and it's driving me crazy. Microsoft had forced "Details' view and Group by 'Date Modified' options and I just want to punch my monitor. I keep choosing View --> Tiles and disabling the group option but it keeps resetting and I cannot force it in any way. They started this s**t like last year, but it wasn't as forced/bugged. Any way to fix this? I JUST WANT MY DOWNLOADS NOT GROUPED AND VIEWED AS TILES FOR EVERY FOLDER AND SUBFOLDER it's so f**king annoying.
Ive been using the latest killer networking software for win 11 not realising it doesn't work lol, i dont know if its due to this beta, im sure it worked before. ive had to role it back to an older version Anyone running the latest version with this build should role back to 33.1.222
I just recently upgraded my pc from windows 11 version 21H2 to 22H2. As a consequence I immediately noticed that "open with...choose another app" doesn't work anymore. When I click on "choose another app" to change which app opens a particular file absolutely nothing happens. Similarly if I try changing which app opens a particular type of file, for example pdf by clicking properties and then the "change button" again nothing happens. It is like the buttons don't respond anymore. They worked fine when I had version 21H2. I would welcome any help in resolving this issue.

Doesnt seem to be an issue here, just tried to replicate it Enable admin mode, delete account(sign out first and remove any windows hello sign in methods) create a new one, move the files you want to keep first to admin and back to new account Try test account first You may want to copy desktop shortcuts and user shortcuts also
