None of those issues in that article, but im on 22624, oh apart from....security ui is borked The problem with Microsoft team is that they think there consumers are dumbasses and wont notice Its like that never fixed problem of attributes on system files, like ntuser.dat that been around for a decade at least i have to fix these myself, if i upgrade or clean install i have to fix them again Should only be visible when ticked show protected files Sorry ..im on a rant ..ignore me.

With this said, can you do cumulative upgrade to 22621.1776, or do you have to in place upgrade? The last few times I tried you couldn't switch 22624 to 22621 and vice versa via cumulative Upgrade.
