new widget picker can be enabled now, also widgets is now defaulted to 3 column which kinda sucks vivetool /enable /id:43040593
moment 3 will public May 23 was hoping for fresh ISOs of it lets hope maybe tomorrow they will release if not guess it be soon..
I'm not enthusiastic anymore from new features. MS take new feature and spread it in Beta,Dev,Can and RP (4 channels). They can use only one channel for new feature instead 4 and enable it each week in 22621 update. So simple.
What I had to do is a clean system that doesn't weigh so much and whoever wants to put games or other things to do it through the store, in which job are you going to play the XBOX and so on and then the bunch of different compilations, that they work on one and that it works under conditions and everything and then release a new version and it's to hell, and if you can afford to change the PC they demand more and more
Windows 10 22H2 is so good and better optimized now that I have zero reasons to return back to 11. We'll see if Win 12 will actually be the "good" release again.
yep goes way back win 95 bad win 98 good win me bad xp good vista bad win 7 good win 8 bad win 10 good win11 bad win 12?
I think we have to wait for its public release till October 25 with fixed vulnerabilities in 11 Edit : omg bad win7 (Reply to EaglePC in addition to this quote)
Hello Friends: I have Windows 11 Pro and Office 365 (OfficeSetup) installed on my PC and every time I open Word or PowerPoint I get the following message: Select a certificate for authentication server: o365auditrealtimeingestion.manage.office.com Can you please tell me how to remove this message? Thank you in advance for your help TecMan
so installing Windows 11 22h2 on a nonofficial CPU, should we do it or not? Still buggy? Stay with Windows 10 for business operations? Also, did Microsoft stop providing updates on non official supported CPU already?
You can safely run win 11 on unsupported hardware and updates don't check for the minimum hardware requirements, one did and that was in the beginning of win 11 and it was an insider preview update, never happened since.
Forget this. no problem on that, other than having a ugly, pointless, alpha quality OS over Win10 which is proven and functional (at least after you install classic shell and few other tweaks) Space shuttles ran on 386 when Pentiums were already a thing for a reason.
thansk guys, so windows 11 is the way to go if i understand, basically windows 10 + some features. which version would you recommend me to have and which stream? (beta?) Enterprise or Pro?
The only *features* I'm aware of, are the Windows Subsystem for Android, the Graphical Windows Subsystem for Linux and the ability to do in place upgrades on native vhdx. now, WSA is backported (unofficially) in W10 gWSL is backported (officially) in Win10 And nobody other than me and a couple of other users, understand what they are or give a crap to them. All the rest is additional useless crap, and GUI that try to ape MACOS Obviously LTSB/LTSC/IoT LTSC, as usual.
