after today's preview CU KB5027303 22621.1928, installed over 22621.1848 Moment3 features show up in my system, it seems MS finally released it for everyone via this current LCU
Performance is so erratic , last night something fixed itself and gave me 50 fps more, today something is broke again. Its got to be defender updates, thats all i can think of, hindering performance Like ...its totaly fine then suddenly has a performance issue for no reason what so ever Im gonna restore the image and then update defender to see if its the problem Yep ..defender/security is causing problems I made a system image when it was working well last night, restored it and all fine until i get definition updates
This is one of the reasons why so many of us want a way of removing Defender from the system. None of the ways that I know of work properly, or they leave stuff behind like SmartScreen, or make the system unstable.
