I'm not enrolled in any channel. Are you sure we're talking about the same thing? I'm talking about not being offered any Moment update/EP.
there's no Moment/EP updates on Retail, it's on Beta channel only for testing only if you are not enrolled to anything then you are on Retail and you should get optional 22621.1928 update, it has Moment 3 feature set activated for everyone, you can call it Moment 3 update but in reality it's just regular LCU update and nothing else
I already got the 22621.1928 update. How come it is Moment 3 if it supposedly bumps the build to 22624 and I'm still in 22621? Also, I don't understand what you stated because first you state Moment/EP updates are only on the Beta channel but afterwards you state Moment 3 is offered as an optional update on the Retail channel as well.
Moment 1 feature set was backported to the Retail 22621 build shortly after initial Windows 11 22H2 release iirc it brought tabs to the Windows Explorer, I don't remember details Moment 4 isn't finalized yet, it's available only on the Beta channel and only if 22631 EP is installed, so build number should be 22631.1972 1972 LCU is also supported on the 22621 build without EP as 22631.1972 build, in this case Moment 4 features wouldn't be activated at all, the main purpose of this is to test 1972 LCU without new Moment 4 features, pretty weak move from MSFT testing should be done in 2 month, after that Moment 4 feature set will be backported again to the 22621 build on Retail channel or even to the Windows 11 23H2 release (we don't have any info about 23H2 build yet) about UUP dump website.. it's not fully updated, I'm trying to keep up with the local server version 22622, 22623, 22624 builds are dead, Insiders were forcibly migrated to the 22631 EP to test Moment 4 feature set 22631 should be dead soon enough as well all of this is for Beta testers only
23H2 - September or October this year, I think late September we don't have any info if this is will be a whole new build (full in-place upgrade) or just a simple EP for 22621 build as it was with Windows 10 several times
I thought using the 22621.1972 build or integrating the mentioned CU on the 22621.1 one was the same thing and I was told to always use the .1 build when integrating updates.
