sorry to ask that, I really did a search but got mixed results and mainly for the 'pro' version. what i should put on the ei.cfg if I want to force the installation of "Enterprise"
- windows 11 business editions iso - there is no way to choose a version from the start and I am affraid off it will install the 'pro' version as there is an OEM pro key on the BIOS os the system (DELL) .

currently the ei.cfg says

that nasty white flash in file explorer and i just experienced a file explorer crash
also from file explorer choose options in 3 dots, and go to reset folder view, it will crash the desktop

Man i hope i can revert that poop is pretty bad

 

thanks but no big deal for me, there is a message that ..."cannot find the Microsoft Software Licence Terms" looks like the OEM key is 'locked' to pro only. thanks again.

all i did was change to white mode

 

about that 1 sec white flash in FE started from 22621, after so many patches & updates, I wonder why MSFT didn't fix that yet even after (almost) one year
Guess, they'll just leave that here in W11 & maybe in W12, they'll fix it.

 

you can always install Pro and switch edition with a key or using MAS
Enterprise is just a virtual edition of the Pro

or use ISO with only Enterprise edition

If your ei.cfg in ISO has EnterpriseEval then it means you have downloaded Eval ISO.
Download full version of business ISO and you won't have to edit anything and you will get to choose editions.

 

well at least the boot loading/logon is faster i suppose
has anyone got lighting to work? ..doesn't seem to work with my setup, i have gigabyte ..icue and Logitech rgb
Also ...disable this until they fixit, explorer crashes are frequent when this is enabled

I have not had any explorer crashes on my end.

 

just mess around with settings , like 3dot menu ..options ....reset folder view
i also got crashes from just browsing to fast in file explorer

 

I just tried my hardest to get it to crash and I couldn't. The only bug I have is when you right click on something the transparency is weird but other than that everything is fine.
