New Updates available for win 11 22H2: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/windows-11-hotfix-repository.83741/page-84#post-1798607
This update caused a boot failure ..had to set my bios profile again i imagine its l2 cache issue they supposedly fixed seems i cant reboot my machine without getting a boot failure ...well done microsoft
it was the finger print scanner causing usb to crash.. i fixed it the pc itself is fine All these issues have only showed themselves in the last 3 or 4 cu's...defo not hardware Your logic blames the hardware for everything ...so everyone with issues has borked pcs and not windows related
Explorer shell fails to launch after upgrading to 23H2, resulting in a black screen with only a mouse cursor. Solution is to restart explorer.exe on Task Manager, logoff and log back in. Then the shell launches successfully.
Wow. Think I will stick with 22631.2048 until these issues are ironed out. Thought I signed up for Beta not Canary. Don't MS test anything internally? These seem like show stopping bugs with Explorer
Also title of this thread should be updated to mention Win11 v23H2 too. As 22631 is the final build number for v23H2.
More wonky behavior from File Explorer in 22631.2115. When I delete files, they don't disappear until I force a redraw of that window (leave that directory and re-enter). The same thing when I copy files. They don't show up initially, although they are there.
Are ya in some kinda rush that ya want it changed it be changed when it needs to be changed so just calm the horses
