my ssd is rated 560 read 510 write ..i have to 2 of these nvme is rated 3400 read 3000 write i think nvme seems im getting better performance out of the ssd's The OS drive is always the one impacted in my experience,, ive not tested that as the cache seems to get stuck and not empty at shutdown when running these benchmarks ssd in the thumbnail
Back before I bought a license for Winrar, I used it for quite a while (years?) with no license. And the lack of a license never seemed to cause any problems, at least not that I remember.
Winrar had a point in the days of WinZip and its DOS era compression. Today we have 7zip, 7zip-Ztandard, and another string of free and good archivres that do practically everything better than winrar
