So the enablement package changed, maybe used for 23H2 RP/GAC?

 

I think so.

 

Same for the 22631.2283. Looks like Release Preview, since the name for the Update changes in "Windows 11, version 23H2 (22631.2283)" (from 22631.2277 and newer).

Anytime in Sep last week, from the 26th to the 29/30th, could be a probable release window.
