wasn't even registering in task manager when i did the backup, both drives read 0 activity

 

Control Panel is not opening after installing the last Beta 22631.2271 update. Any help please.

 

Have you tried SFC /scannow in cmd prompt using admin rights, as that can correct missing files or files that have gone corrupt. Also restarting your PC might fix the issue too.

 

I tried what you mentioned, but no effect. I downgrade to the previous version and it works.

Using StartAllback? If so, you need to update it.

 

Use these commands in PowerShell as an administrator

Dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

performance as dropped ...pc was running fine and runs fine if i restore the image. Then 5 or 6 hours later something is breaking, this time is worse than ever.
ive had to run ultimate power profile just remove some lag, fps is more than 100 missing and cant hold a steady rate. Either Microsoft as deliberate sabotage after giving a taste/illusion of fantastic peformance after cu or theres spyware
the bad definition update got skipped as ive had no driver blocks
all my temps are normal as always

its just a pile of sh*t ..its like running a poopy old laptop
its going top be the same for everyone who games with a high end gpu
cant see it being resolved by release day because it seems deliberate
when file explorer starts the lag, is when game performance drops aswel and theres no going back when it happens

Running fine for me over here with a 7950X3D/4090 system.

 

you probably didn't realize you already have fps missing, ow2 i usually get over 400fps , maxed out in 1080p, but i run limiter at 301 and usually holds 301, barely getting 240 with and without limiter, i darent even test bf2042

Crying again for bugs, bad performance and unstable system on a BETA BUILD? how ridiculous is that?

 

here w11 22h2 updated 2261.2271 is faster I have old xeon e5-2697v2 I turned off spectre and meltdown protection, PC uses less cpu on anything than win10 on video 4k 60 fps on w10 it ate about 25% of cpu now here on w11 about 12% at most I added a classic theme to make it even faster

 

never had performance issues untill after June, if i still have issues after release day i wont be using it, ill go to dev or check out whats new in beta

everything works fine apart from explorer (and low fps bug) desktop apps are fast ...most windows apps are rapid also, boot times are fast.
oh and safemode still broke for me
