    i installed 4.0.sp3, i think it was last patched in 2018
    ive not got any games that need it, but know age of empires requires it

    That's just make msxml 4.0 works, but it doesn't fix the WinSxS installation issue

    UUP dump is down because the admin is not fixing it or took it down, no relation to any channel updates.

    Damn ..that will make it difficult for inplace repairs ...no matching iso's available

    Use the local server app and you can get yourself any ISO or update.
