    i installed 4.0.sp3, i think it was last patched in 2018
    ive not got any games that need it, but know age of empires requires it

    That's just make msxml 4.0 works, but it doesn't fix the WinSxS installation issue

    ok am learning just wanted to make sure we were talking about ISO not patch tuesday.
    so when they update windows on patch tuesday that build version ISO will be available after a week.. got it.
