    The new ISO has not yet appeared on the Microsoft website. Do you know when it will appear? I have the PC ready to format and do a clean installation of this new version

    This is update preview, i think that ISO will be available in October.

    What is your winver?

    So, just to make it clear:

    22621.2361 is the official Moment 4 update, and 22631.2361 is a release preview for insiders, right?

    Which one precisely? Build Ver (winver)?
    Isn't that 23H2 supposed to be released in the retail channel as a preview update today i.e. 26th?

    No. For retail channel today is released Cumulative Preview Update (KB5030310) build number 22621.2361 . aka "moment 4 update"
    For Insider program there is Windows 23H2 release preview update.
