I am trying to understand your reasons/motivations for wishing to upload the Spanish versions. You could simply point your friends to massgrave's website where there are links to download the Spanish versions.

MSFT removed "Windows 11, version 23H2 (22631.2428)" on Retail channel it's still up on RP channel when fetching 22621.1 build it looks like they have fixed their mistake and 23H2 wasn't supposed to be released on Patch Tuesday
Yeah that's it, i upload the ISOs, WA creates the massgrave drive links and hands them to me for sharing them on MDL only to publish them himself the day after, that's logic
Talk about shutting the gate after the horse has bolted. Running 22631.2428 Retail on 4 computers with no problems. Even if it may have bugs I haven't found, the round of updates to come will fix that.
The OS base is stable ...it still has UI bugs..which i think is what the the other post is referring to heres 2 ...theres others
yea .. theres a few bugs related to apps like task manager sometimes misaligned aswel still a bug whether i have ocd or not
