    I had the same problem on two different computers with Windows 11 Education 22631.2428. No update was offered to 22631.2506. The solution was to join the release preview channel with OfflineinsiderEnroll 2.6.4 and the update was offered immediately. I'm completely relaxed about it now and will continue to leave the Insider Preview installed.

    When I click "Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 (22621.2506) amd64" in UUP Dump, it says: "This update has known issues preventing the creation of a working ISO. Because of this, you can only manually browse its files.". Why is that?

    Me also but still some bugs like copying big files from pc to usb still failler and restart again

    Go to uupdump.net, in the search bar enter "22631", then pick "Windows 11, version 23H2 (22631.2506) amd64" instead of the cumulative one.

    But 23H2 wasn't publicly released yet and that's why I want 22H2.

    OK, but why is that? Anyway, there's no feature upgrade available for this build.
