    From 22621 it is just the little 23H2 cab file.

    Thus I conclude that those who are now upgrading to 23H2 using EP not at risk at all...

    Why would they be at risk? This is not the same as installing the mum files on unsupported installs, this is done since 1903 > 1909, most of us ran 1909 3 or 6 months (iirc) before the public release.
