I just remove the Start, nothing to see, nothing to worry about. Quite the opposite, the changes are irreversible, once something is removed, you can not add it back without a reinstall. I recall reinstalling Windows at least twice a week. Sure, NTLite is much more effective, but tailoring it takes sooo much time. You could automate a lot of those. 45GB left after a cleanup is still a lot, considering you have done a clean setup? No separate partition for data and system backups either?
Well... that is the sense of the whole. Why reinstalling bloatware?! Remove it forever (till next update reinstalling the s**t) Once you have a preset, you just apply it on system after every update, like host refresh or new ISO. Nothing is faster than this way.
All my Windows installations are Edge-Less. I won't even let Edge Webview exist in WinSxS and/or System32. Those stuffs will always come back each time I apply new Windows Update. But I will always delete them again afterwards. Even in just a 15 GB VHDX, my 23H2 still has a lot of empty space. And I think, not even the future Windows 11 LTSC could match this.
