Is there a difference between using the 22631.2506 build or using the 22631.1 one with KB5031455 integrated?

Why not just use HWID Activation method?
Even if your key were working you are getting a digital license anyway if I'm not mistaking.

I removed Outlook (new) app with NTLite but after running Windows Update, it's reinstalled. Why? Is it because it's reinstalling the LCU for some reason when I already integrated it in the image I used to install Windows 11 23H2? If so, why doesn't it all the remaining removed apps by NTLite, then?

OK, but since I removed this new app in NTLite when creating an ISO and used it to install Windows 11 it shouldn't have been reinstalled. Why didn't Windows Update reinstall all the others apps removed by NTLite, then? Windows Update also reinstalls Microsoft Engagement Framework and Dev Home which had been removed by NTLite as well. I guess this has to do with the LCU reinstall by Windows Update but I don't understand why Windows Update does it since I already integrated the LCU in the ISO with the removed apps. I don't know why this Outlook app is called "(new)" when my Windows isn't in english.

    How to remove Windows Backup?

Also, how to prevent the new start menu "System" label from appearing in Windows 11 23H2?

yes, HWID can do the job but like I said earlier, having the genuine Pro key, I wanna keep & use that in the first place

kinda off topic but to disable the system label you need the id and vivetool, but once it gets released mainstream ..theres no way to disable it
backup is in retail (i think) so theres no way to disable it, you can remove the app plus provisioned i think, but checking the appx list i dont see it as uninstallable, could of missed it
they are part of the OS now, key functions i believe

Isn't that already changed into a hwid/digital license anyway?

What ID, the apps'? What do you mean by once it gets released mainstream? 23H2 was already publicly released and how can you be so sure it won't be possible to disable in the future?

What do you mean by it being in retail? NTLite can remove it but I don't know why it aggrouped it and other components into a single one and if removing it all of them (including Windows Backup) are removed when I want to remove Windows Backup but not some of the other components as well. NTLite can remove key functions.

I think you should ask that kind of things in NTLite forum instead of cluttering this thread with offtopic and useless posts

What does it have to do with this since it's Microsoft fault? Plus, what about you who insulted me and said the 22621.2428 build was the current and most up to date Windows 11 version when the 22621.2506 build was already out and you didn't even have the guts to reply me when I replied you by saying the 22621.2506 one was actually the latest Windows 11 22H2 build?

Your better off posting about NTLite in the NTLite forum. .2506 is Preview. Latest, latest, latest, blah, blah, blah...

Why, since it's not their fault Windows Update installs the latest LCU with it already integrated, as well as while doing it some apps removed by NTLite return? Again with the "22621.2506 build is Preview" thing? What about it? The 22621.2428 build wasn't the current and most up to date Windows 11 version like he said and (at least in my case) it didn't appear as an optional update like he said too. "Preview", "preview", "optional update", "optional update", "NTLite forum", "NTLite forum", blah, blah, blah...
