Media Creation Tool now downloads 23H2

see they split install wim into 2 swm files instead of using ESD

Because the install.esd now is to huge for FAT32 max file size >4GB.

the 22631 ESD is the first one, where the install.esd does not fit on a FAT32 partition anymore, right?
and the MCT never created SWM files before, if I recall correctly?

22631 is fake build number that exist in registry only
you will never see a single MS binary file with that version

seriously, you never encountered or used Windows 10 20H2/21H2/21H2/22H2 MCTs?

I'm also annoyed. I tried looking into services/task scheduler/startup places but could not find something new to delete/disable to get rid of this Edge processes in Task Manager. Even disabling Copilot using GroupPolicy is not helpful.
Maybe you could let us know what policies need to be disabled? Thanks.

Absolutely, I am always happy to help.

    Code:
    HubsSidebarEnabled 0
    SearchbarAllowed 0
    SearchbarIsEnabledOnStartup 0
    SearchInSidebarEnabled 2
    StandaloneHubsSidebarEnabled 0
    StartupBoostEnabled 0
They all have a value of 0, with the exception of SearchInSidebarEnabled which has a value of 2.

Yes, They worked. Also Copilot gone as well! Thanks a lot. Think I should take a closer look at the policy list maybe we could fight some other unwanted stuff. Great job I say.

    i have a problem with windows 11 23H2
every time i sort files and folders according to name and grouped by none
then apply to folders in folder option settings Returned again as it was before
there is any way to arrange them like previous versions of win 11 22H2
