Interesting as I had the same issue. 4 unsupported laptops. Two went thru no problems, BUT the two oldest laptops both stuck at 69%. Will reboot and see if it fixes itself.
Anyone having this problem, its easy fixed. Just shut down the computer, (you might have to force shut it down), restart, and redo windows update again. The update went thru the second try.
hmmm seems they have messed something up with backup process, backing up image takes 4mins instead 1min50secs beta channel
I do not like Windows 11 build 22631.2787 (KB5032288) Release Preview Channel . It is slow responsive opening apps so moved to regular windows 11 .

On that screen you have to choose to keep Files and settings and applications and click next so that it does not delete what you have installed or saved in C:\
Good day and greetings from Lima.... Are you running de setup from your active Windows Installation? You normally get that screen when booting from the "update/upgrade" iso Good luck!!! JCC2
(22631.2792) I'm having problem with file explorer...sometime the top menu bar doesn't render (getting just a blank strip up top and it restart on it's own)?
Trying to upgrade to 23H2 but as I follow the guideline, the "Get the latest updates as soon as they’re available" switch is disabled due to group policy. Can I get a clue how to re-enable the option? A working way to upgrade manually would be also appreciated, thanks.
What guideline? Just install the small 23H2 EP when you are on a current 22621 aka 22H2 updated build.
i use a script and lately on .2715 my script would do the same. it would grey out that switch due to group policy... i did found out what it was doing this... go into this adresses and enable them Disable Operating System Upgrade Reg add "HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate" /v "DisableOSUpgrade" /t REG_DWORD /d "1" /f >nul Reg add "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\OSUpgrade" /v "AllowOSUpgrade" /t REG_DWORD /d "0" /f >nul Reg add "HKLM\SYSTEM\Setup\UpgradeNotification" /v "UpgradeAvailable" /t REG_DWORD /d "0" /f >nul Reg add "HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\WindowsStore" /v "DisableOSUpgrade" /t REG_DWORD /d "1" /f >nul Reg add "HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate" /v "ProductVersion" /t REG_SZ /d "Windows 10" /f >nul Reg add "HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate" /v "TargetReleaseVersion" /t REG_DWORD /d "1" /f >nul Reg add "HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate" /v "TargetReleaseVersionInfo" /t REG_SZ /d "22H2" /f >nul i assume you change 0 to 1 and 1 to 0 .??
