When I install 22635.3066, the Recommended section on Start Menu went blank. Even after opening many files it still remains blank.
@Enthousiast I was under the impression that these ISOs would only be released on next Tuesday, January 23, 2024? Traditionally, MVS releases the updated ISOs on the third Tuesday of the month? It seems odd that MVS released the ISOs with January updates two days ago, on a Friday!!
if you enabled recent browser history in startmenu ...you gotta disable it as microsoft have deliberate blocked it in beta channel
vivetool /reset /id:42905461 you probably havent enabled it if you dont know where the setting is change reset to disable , need vivetool although should already be disabled in this case i dont know why your recommended is blank, same why i dont know why my search is blank with this cu
Windows 12 may not happen this year. If we get Win 12 then Microsoft will have 3 Windows to keep up with Win 10, 11, & 12 We could get Win 11 24H2 instead. Which ever we get, Insiders will get it in June or July for a Sept release.
Hopefully 24H2 won't be another enablement kb package, but a proper new build most likely what's in the dev channel currently. But I wouldn't be surprised if lazy MS decides to create another enablement kb for 24H2 later this year.
