I was trying to upgrade to 23h2 build 22631 and even tried latest canary 26020. Im currently using 22h2 and I can't see one single reason worth of upgrading. Few minor changes to Explorer, added backup app, copilot, Changed background in paint. Sadly nothing interesting. Will just stick to 22h2 at least untill they release 11 iot ltsc.
Microsoft builds next windows versions out of canary, at some point in the past there was canary 23h2 named something else or very close looking as 23h2. then they released that version to dev the beta and it became 23h2. and there's already windows canary that will become 24h2 or called windows 12. yet nothing much changed in latest canary comparing to 22h2 I'm using now.
10 vs 11, start menu, explorer changes, desktop, settings, task manager, etc 11 22h2 vs latest 11 latest canary which will become windows 12 there's almost no changes just addons like backup app and they changed cortana to copilot. desktop, start menu exlplorer etc everything almost exact as in 22h2
because it's the latest available version and it was released in Nov 2023 you are overcomplicate things, WU re-installs the latest stuff after any FoD change
