an inplace upgrade will create the .old folder, keeping nothing(clean install) will wipe system

windows cleanup has the option to remove it...dont try and delete your self, it needs permissions for a lot of files ...and boot entries for roll back wont get removed if you just right click and try delete

Thank, yes I made it via Storage Cleanup in Settings and it's gone! .. I'm happy now, since It seems taking up space unnecessarily. You have shared some useful guide to me today ;) ..

also got the ERROR update successfully installed ..

Enhancement is now defaulted ..no flag needed
Vivid mode works great, using supersampling option takes to much resources

    I have a Thinkpad laptop e14 gen5

My problem is that if the screen goes off after 10 minutes,
which is what I set, I then have to click on the lock screen
to get to the desktop. I installed Windows 11 Enterprise 23H2
without a password with Local Account. Does anyone have an idea
what I can do so that the lock screen doesn't turn on when the screen
    goes off after 10 minutes?

Screensaver + uncheck - Start from login screen

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...

It doesn't work, I'm just doing a new installation and checking, if not I'll have to call support. Maybe there are security things set in the BIOS?

Do you want to disable the lock screen so it never shows?
    Code:
    Registry Hive HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
    Registry Path Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Personalization
    Value Name NoLockScreen
    Value Type REG_DWORD
    Enabled Value 1
    Disabled Value 0

yes exactly, but if it's about settings. Not via Group Policy. Only in an emergency via group policy.
