By ignoring it. Use Memtest86 or Memtest86+ for RAM and something like Victoria for your storage drive. If those don't show you anything alarming and your PC runs fine, you shouldn't be paranoid about cosmetic issues.
try turning it on in defender lol it slow your boot times slightly and cause performance loss in games better to dismiss it if you play games
How to install this build with WinRE.wim removed from offline install.wim image? Normally removing WinRE.wim has no effect on clean install, but build 26100+ fails to install past 5% if WinRE.wim is removed (with DISM or manually) from install.wim before installation.

When using 26100 builds, creating them from UUPDump... what is causing this "bug" of not being able to open Windows Security
The app is not integrated it seems, did you play with the CustomAppsList.txt or the custom app settings?
SkipApps set to 1 instead of 0... Doesn't seem to cause this on any previous versions... and .. wow.. I'm in the wrong thread (this is 226x .. not 26100
