    I can confirm 22631.3958 Microsoft Edge Reset settings now is fixed :)

    Trying to install 2024-07 Cumulative Update Preview (KB5040527) (23H2 22631.3958). Installs to 30%, reboots, after trying to boot it goes into automatic repair, fails, then rolls back.
    Created an ISO file of .3958 and tried inplace upgrade. Fails with 0xC1900101 - 0x20017 "The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during BOOT operation".

    Installs fine on all other computers I have. Anyone know how to trace what's causing this issue? Or anyone else with the same problem on this build?
