I received a Lenovo OEM preload for Win 11 Pro 23H2 that was targeted for DE, but during setup I selected EN for the system, which it did. All UIs show in English. What I don't understand is why the system is trying to uninstall the DE Language which causes an error resulting in Eventid 1042 (Removing Language pack). Anyone know why this is happening and can it be avoided?
Disable these schedule task Code: "Microsoft\Windows\LanguageComponentsInstaller\Installation" "Microsoft\Windows\LanguageComponentsInstaller\Uninstallation" is en-us installed as full langpack or LXP?
Sorry, how do I tell? I did look at the mentioned task and saw that unnstall was already disabled, but not the other. I will disable that too.
