other people with 23H2 are getting the same message.
MS must have screwed up something.

I receive update without problems.But my question is different guys...When we officialy will receive 24H2?Any information?

I still get the error with those tasks disabled. There is also a ReconcileLanguageResources task which is not disabled. I ran it, but it did not trigger the error. No idea what that does. As per your instructions it looks like LPX.

 

Not sure, even I have 24H2 ISO but never installed .. waiting for automatic upgrade from 23H2 to 24H2, but my friends commented thath they're having some issues on 24H2, 23H2 for me is now stable and perfect formy usage and computer hardware

try to set en-us as default system and user language

I found 3 possible ways to to keep system fron trying to uninstall LP:
1. Disable task Microsoft\Windows\MUI\LPRemove
2. GPO Block clean-up of unused language packs (enable)
3. Hide msg in Eventlog

RP LCU 22631.4541 is now wim format

 

And still mounting and then unmounting before and after integration into offline image. Yet doesn't do the same with 24H2 LCU's.

 

Team 23H2 is not in touch with 24H2 team

 

If this is the case, they have to call it Windows 12. I don't like that every XXH2 upgrade being a Windows 10/11 update instead of a separate new version.
I like the Mac approach of calling every year a new version
