Is 26100.1 created from UUP Dump perfectly normal? Settings AddUpdates = 0, NetFx3 = 1, SkipISO = 1. I want install image to be as small as possible.

    You should not enable NetFx3

Show what you selected or conversion/updating operation

23H2 will get that size due to multiple Edge / EdgeWebview components

Well after checking Use solid (ESD) compression it reduces 5,3GB for Windows 11 24H2 26100.3194.

My noob question is for installing , it will affect something ?

No. it only is a compressed install.wim, not affecting the install.

I do wonder why is Microsoft releasing so many new features on 23H2 and basically putting 24H2 to the side.
Also... why they have backported essentially all the main features from 24H2 back to 23H2. (Except for the Copilot+ PC exclusive ones which are ARM only and require an NPU).

It seems like it would be easier to just support 24H2 rather than support both 23H2 and 24H2. I don't know if that actually answers your "why" questions but Google AI is saying:

"Microsoft has Windows 11 23H2 and 24H2 because they represent different versions of the Windows 11 operating system released at different times within the same year, with "23H2" indicating the major update released in the latter half of 2023 and "24H2" representing the major update expected to be released in the latter half of 2024; essentially, it's a way to differentiate between significant feature updates within the same Windows 11 lifecycle."

    I don't use 23H2 at all anymore.
