think right after tomorrow we get the final public release thru insiders about one month before actual release if not then we see what September brings and maybe the release would be Oct 5th again like last year, but if you freshly installed 22621.1 iso your golden you have the actual release with just updating rp CUs
I have big issues with shared printer. I try 22621 and 22622, same problems, both can't connect shared printer and can't share it. I suppose have a new policy that block it. I did try following: 22621 shared printer no one pc of network can connect it 22621 same as above Shared printer on linux, from win 10 I can print, from 22621 and 22622 can't connect. Shared printer on win10, both 22621 and 22622 can't connect, win 10 can connect and print.
Windows 11 Pro 22H2 (22621.317) and newer: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion ProductName = Windows 10 Pro A year has passed, and this has not been fixed. It should be?
That would involve 'work' I guess?, and his/her parents must be out on a date?, so that rules them out, and MS ain't bothered, so it's left to fester in the Registry I suppose, the 'horror'
I recently did a search on that, for a batch file I was working on. This seems to be the most straight forward way: systeminfo | findstr /i /c:"windows 11" && (set "win11=t" ) || (set "win11=f")
y yes cuz patch tuesday tomorrow (in my timezone) and the dev channel build after inb4 the next dev build gets reposted six times again
the drivers are not install properly is showing you the generic icon.....go to vendor site for your printer and download the entire printer package thats software and drivers once properly install you will see the correct icon for your printer and will be able to share it on your network.
I guess the pop up for setting new devices as been removed and replaced with the generic sound? im not seeing it on any device connection setup lol Its like the 5th clean installation trying to get certain things working
