New 22631.2050 is a bit buggy mouse cursor keeps showing the blue circle spinning like if is still loading and icons in window explorer take a while to refresh
I just tried updating from a perfectly working image, all the bugs are carried over to this latest CU for beta
Good question but my guess is none all windows 11 versions have telemetry..... If you don't like that you should choose LTSC (based on windows 10) because you can manage the most settings yourself.
Do you get a error message pop-up after going into safe mode? Workaround, don't click on the ok button for that error message and you can use safe mode normally. As clicking on ok for that error message will cause windows explorer to constantly restart in a indefinite loop. Update - This workaround won't obviously work if you get a black screen while in safe mode! MS is aware of these issues and are investigating currently!
ive had this issue for a while in beta ..its not tied to the latest cu ..although it probably made it worse It was dismissible before
had some kind of reconfig on chipset infs ...probably Microsoft putting theres back as usual Usb and bus infs

check ReadMe.html first, that options are for builds 22563+ also do not mix SkipApps and AppsLevel options
