They caught me this time. The folder usually appears at 6% for the dll switch but this time they made the TPM check at 8%.

    • Due to the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday, we will not be flighting a new build to the Dev Channel next week as many members of the team are planning to take the week off to re-charge!

How to get RP / BETA / DEV builds via Windows Update on allegedly "unsupported" hardware:

Step 1: use OfflineInsiderEnroll to subscribe to the channel you want (while on 10, use BETA for Windows 11 Release beta, DEV for Windows 11 Dev builds such as the one in OP)

    Step 2: use Skip_TPM_Check_on_Dynamic_Update.cmd to automatically bypass setup requirements (v1, v2, v3, v4)
It's a set it and forget it script, with built-in undo.

Step 3: check for updates via Settings - Windows Update

    Step 4: profit

I accidentally added ServerManager optional feature, now can’t get rid of it.
Control panel runs it to add/remove components, but it can’t refresh, nor remove itself. Dism fails too
