Toggling dark mode will crash explorer. FileExplorerExtensions.dll is the culprit. Guess they are changing lots of stuff under the hood.
noticing severe stutter in some games after this update, did all the usual stuff, stutter still there. fps / usage etc all fine. disabled gamebar and all that jazz, ddu gfx drivers, update drivers etc... im on 5950x, 64gb ram and a 3090 all was working fine until the latest update. funny tho, only game that dont stutter and runs smooth is CP2077 also, right click start crash and restart the explorer
Technically we aren't supposed to create clean install ISOs from these builds using UUP Dump. Can't say for sure but I think MSFT is doing this exactly to prevent people from using tools as the aforementioned UUP Dump.
so far i have only tried Horizon Zero Dawn, Battlefield 2042 and CP77, the first two games stutter a lot, not just only gfx, but also in audio. will try out some more later today. Cyberpunk 2077 tho, is really smooth UPDATE: Tested some more games, Icarus, No Man Sky, Breakpoint, Division 2. There is a noticible stutter going on that wasnt there in the previous update. Dosent matter if it is DX11, DX12 or Vulcan. So something is up, at least on my end. will see if i get the time to do a roll back to a system backup with the previous version of w11 during the weekend.
