    Welp, smart app control does work LOL.
    Was trying to use balenaEtcher to create a Fedora 36 live USB... Well... It got blocked by SAC.

    So the feature does work. It just needs lots of fixing still.

    I downloaded 22581 with UUPdump and now there's a LTSC-like installation without apps (bad part is the Settings app doesn't work)
    Possibly can install IoT Enterprise edition without account and it feel like a Windows 11 LTSC (question: possibly windows 11 LTSC can be released with 22H2 release?)

    It's just the appx packages missing (for quite a few builds now), @abbodi1406 is on his way to get a fix implemented in UUP>ISO:

    how can make Settings work? Mainly for display scaling that on my monitor is 125% and letters are very big, i want to change to 100%

    if your apps are missing then open elevated CMD (or Powershell) and run this command
    Code:
    wsreset -i
    wait a few minutes, Microsoft Store will be installed and Settings app will work as expected

    p.s. Internet connection is required I guess
