Having memory integrity on and trying to enable Hyper-V borks my system requiring an OS reinstall. So I guess they can't coexist.
If I enable Memory Integrity with Hyper-V already enabled, I get a Green screen of death around 30 seconds after hitting the log in screen, whether I log in or not. Disabling Memory Integrity in Safe Mode using Regedit fixes the crashes.
Memory Integrity has been on in my system since g*d knows when, and I use Hyper-V, too. No issues here.
Idk, my system won't allow me to use anything intel related like VTx, HAXM and XTU. Im certainly not going to try and load anything related to hyper v while its in use by memory integrity. Its my daily pc and dont want to take the risk

I just remembered when Win 10 was in development 22000.1 - MS pulled a fast one on us it turned out to be Win 11 so any of these developments can turn in Win 12
