    Microsoft is testing its servicing pipeline. Build 22598.200 is coming to Insiders (10.0.22598.200 (ni_release_svc_prod2.220408-1747)) with no changes or new features. It is one more dummy update.

    There are no dummy updates. It's just microsoft hiding skyscraper high vulnerabilities and other pesky stuff under a generic reassuring message.

    Yes.
    There would not be so many touched files with golem-knows what changes if it were "dummy updates".
    Unpack the patches yourself, diff them with the older version, notice the names and what function should serve. I did it several times and it's my strong opinion these are not trashing hardware and bandwidth for "no reason".

    I keep loosing the widget button with reboots or cold starts. Not everytime ..like just random

    Each installation of windows 11/10 can give you a bug. For example, Win+R window show me once a time empty search box.

    I bet the next build has a new feature to test, if it is taking this long to push out to Windows Update
