You can be connected to the internet and choose local account for SKUs higher than Home. I do it all the time for testing purposes. For my main machine, I always run IP with MS account.
I installed this Windows 11 Pro release with local account as most of the previous ones. There was one version (three or four release earlier) where I installed with MS account, then I created a local account and deleted the MS one.
They would never in a year change 50% of the old UI… But somehow I feel they did little to refresh the old 90’s UI… Not even basic things like the Copy files UI?
The product name (displayed in License Mananger) is even more funny/confusing: Code: Win 11 RTM IoTEnterpriseS Volume:GVLK Note the "RTM". Disputes about that description aside, it's not named Preview or Beta or Next. Maybe there will be a new (IoT) Enterprise LTSC this year, like it was with LTSB 2015 and 2016.
I created an ISO 22610.1 with UUP Dump and it still worked like that. Internet must be switched on but no Microsoft account it is hidden, look login option
I created an ISO 22610.1 with UUP Dump make clean install with internet on but blue screen, then unpluck internet cable install offline delete all net drivers, install latest net driver Install_PCIE_Win11_11.6.0215.2022_03222022 restart computer with net online and now all works, if I make an inplace upgrade I have no problem, so what is the problem here, not that it matters much but would like to know what to do? wait for the official release or just do what I done for get it working.
I'm experiencing a strange error "memory could not be read" on explorer.exe when I restart my system. Same behaviour in VMWare environment. I've secured erase ssd and rolled back to 22000.613 msdn official ISO and issues gone. I'll be waiting for a next stable release (22610.1 belongs to dev channel).
