Hi! I'm trying to install .317 SSU and LCU on my Windows 11 22621.232, respectively. I'm not enrolled in WIP. SSU was installed successfully but LCU is always getting an error. Tried rebooting and DISM component cleanup but the issue still persists. Any thoughts on how to fix it? you can't update 232 build to 317 if any cleanup was applied, just wait for a new prod3 LCU or you can install 440 LCU now
Okay, but I was already getting the error for the LCU even before I did cleanup. Will there be problems if I can't install the LCU and just SSU was installed?
I suspect your ISO was created with cleanup or resetbase 232 LCU is on Retail channel and you can't install new RP and Beta updates with any cleanup (right now you can install only 440 LCU) SSU is fine, new Retail LCU will be available on patch tuesday next week upd: I'm going to test 232-->317 update now, only tested 232-->440 previously and it was successful with cleanup
UUP Adguard is fine to use too right? UUPDump is failing to download 22621.317 correctly, UUP Adguard worked first try.

Don't want insider beta, just RP. I've redownloaded and ran it again and it went fine now, UUP Adguard skipped all apps so it wasn't suitable anyway.

glad I fresh installed 22621.1 - 2 months ago and only let public updates in running strong error free here.glad it is cause i was going to stay on Win10 sold now with 22/h2
I get this sometimes when i drag files to explorer icons on taskkbar to copy/move, so yeah i guess it's a thing. But that's the only time i seen it happen.
