Tell you what I think, it is the same problem I had on a Windows 10 build, turned out to be one stick of ram. Never showed one problem all along and then bang one update and the problem showed up. Pull the ram and tried one stick at a time and everything was good. I also had a problem with Windows 11 build where a PCIe SATA Raid card would not show 4 out of the 8 drives all because one SATA cable was bad.
i did a memory test and it passed....but tomorrow i will open up the machine and remove the ram and reseat them again and will see what happens....but the memory test check out.
i remove the mem today clean the slots with compress air and re-seated run the mem test it pass....but i suspect my ssd mite be crapping out from testing this insider builds the constant erasing and writing....let me check out fleabay and see if i can find a cheap 240GB NVMe ....if is not SSD then my mobo mite be in the endanger species list

installing for third time on my PC, found out that few drivers are making install stop at 64% or even 69% (nice) for like 2 hours. hopefully, third time is a charm. drivers which made issue are: mediatek adb drivers for com ports (oppo/realme phones) and qualcomm network drivers for smartphones (especially for qpst flashing of correct volte profiles)
On HP Z240 Workstation with Xeon E3-1225 V5, 32GB RAM (4*8GB sticks), 512GB Crucial P3 Nvme SSD, Quadro T600 and Crucial BX500 1TB SATA SSD. Bit older machine, have patch for installing new builds and this workstation is for tests and some debugging, while on Asus ZenBook laptop with Ryzen 5 3400U, 16GB of RAM there are no issues as that is my work machine, workstation is gaming/debugging machine for a while. Both machines are using Windows 11 Pro for Workstation Dev Previews
