i was thinking the same thing too...maybe is video driver issue the machine im testing this build uses a Intel HD Graphics 520 series..... whats funny is when it locks up i can move my mouse cursor everywhere on the screen but cant click open anything not even CtrL Alt Delete works i have to just power cycle it.
Mite be a driver issue but MS doesnt write drivers they come from the vendors or is MS now also writing drivers for win 11?

It's getting ReFS boot support as in you will be able to boot from ReFS instead of NTFS. Up until now ReFS has not been able to replace NTFS on the boot drive because...well it wasnt bootable
