I have a laptop just for testing this builds but the lock up and freezing started with this 2023 releases, i would never use this builds for my primary machine

Why do you need Nvidia Control Panel and play games in IP builds ? It's only to know the new/hidden features in it.
Kind of depends on what the main system is used for and its hardware. If its a main system that doesn't do much, the systems and storage is really fast and stuff like games and media are on a 2nd drive, its kind of fast to reinstall Windows and be back to normal quickly. The only "main system" I use these beta build on is the VM I use to buy stuff on Amazon and Newegg with. It doesn't do anything else so if it died (and it has), its pretty quick to be back up and running since it doesn't actually do anything special. On a system that I actually used for real work, there is no way in hell I would install one of these builds on. You are going to get hit with a corner case bug eventually.

horizon problems are from nvidia drivers nvidia control panel not launching at all via taskbar or start menu to fix this u need to launch manually nvcplui.exe from "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\NVIDIACorp.NVIDIAControlPanel_8.1.963.0_x64__56jybvy8sckqj"
