    In theory, MSFT sent an email to people affected by the Dev/Canary change a few weeks ago in order to help them reinstalling a fresh copy of Windows to get into Dev builds again. And I'm saying in theory because I was affected too and I didn't receive any email from them.

    You had to receive an E-Mail from Microsoft that had a Code # to redeem a USB Flash Drive.

    I received mine a few days ago. All it is it's just a 64GB empty thumb drive formatted fat32 with directions on using the Media Creation tool
